The defense Ministry confirmed the postponement of the withdrawal of troops and equipment in the Village Lugansk

As explained in Department, the decision was taken due to systematic violations “regime of silence” by militants.

Given the systematic nature of violations by militants of the “Framework decision of the Trilateral contact group about the breeding of forces and means”, the Armed forces of Ukraine are forced to postpone the date of allotment, located in near the Village Lugansk divisions.

This is stated in the message on the website of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine.

“In connection with the failure of the Russian-terrorist groups, “Framework decision of the Trilateral contact group about the breeding of forces and resources” and the implementation of systematic shelling of positions of Ukrainian servicemen, Ukrainian Armed forces were forced to delay the withdrawal of forces and means on the land near the village of Lugansk. On this site for a week was carried out 8 attacks, the last 6 of October”, – stated in the message.

The defense Ministry assured that after the withdrawal of forces in the ATO area, the line will not change

The defense Ministry also informed about the increase in the number of attacks of positions of the APU, including using artillery.

“Only for the last days terrorists of 5 times carried out the shelling of the 122 and 152 mm artillery systems prohibited, 19 times used mortars,” – noted in the defense Ministry.

Earlier on Sunday, the head of the Luhansk military and civil administration Yuriy Garbuz noted the high risk of losing the Village Lugansk and reported the failure of the breeding effort and money in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska.

After that, the Deputy Minister on the issues of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine Georgiy Tuk has denied the information about the failure of the divorce of the parties in the Village Lugansk. “As for the Village. No decision on the termination of breeding does not exist. Not yet the term, which was defined,” he said.

We will remind that on 21 September in Minsk signed a framework decision of the Trilateral contact group about the breeding of forces and means in the Donbas. The press Secretary of the Ukrainian representative in the contact group Leonid Kuchma Darka olifer stated that achieved in Minsk agreement on the withdrawal of troops and armament for the three areas – the Village Lugansk, Gold and Petrovsky.
