“Naftogaz of Ukraine” from November 1 will increase the price of gas for industrial consumers by 16%.

“Naftogaz of Ukraine” from November 1 will increase the price of gas for industrial consumers at UAH 1,036 thousand, or 16% to 7.38 thousand UAH for 1 thousand cubic meters.

According to the report, the price of gas for other consumers increased by 15 percent to 8,182 thousand UAH for 1 thousand cubic meters.

“Naftogaz of Ukraine” today published price quotations for natural gas for industrial consumers and other economic entities, which will operate from 1 November 2016. The detailed conditions of the offers, available on the website.

It is noted that the proposed price of natural gas from resource companies can vary depending on the volume of purchases, payment terms and the status of previous calculations of “Naftogaz”, and be from 6 to 6 819 150 UAH per 1 thousand cubic meters (excluding VAT and transportation costs).

It is specified that “Naftogaz” provides gas suppliers with special responsibilities for further sale to the population at regulated wholesale price 4 942,40 UAH per 1 thousand cubic meters (without VAT, trade margins retail supplier and shipping costs).

Recall that on 16 October it became known that Ukraine stopped pumping gas into underground storage facilities and the beginning of the selection.

About this on his page in Facebook said the head of the press service of the state company “Ukrtransgaz” Maxim bielawski.

According to bielawski, filling Ukrainian underground storage facilities is 48%. All were injected 6.3 billion cubic meters of gas stored in UGS and 14.7 billion cubic meters of blue fuel.

Government officials claim that the existing reserves of gas and coal will be enough to avoid shortages of heat and electricity.
