The EU can decide on the suspension of visa-free regime as soon as next week.
Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Elena zerkal believes that the inclusion in the agenda of the European Parliament’s consideration of the question of possibility of introduction of a visa-free regime of Ukraine with EU can take place after 7 November.
She declared it on air “5 channel”.
The EU institutions can decide on the suspension of visa-free regime as soon as next week.
The foreign Ministry insists that the issue of introduction of visa-free regime was adopted at the meeting of the permanent representatives – ambassadors of European Union countries.

As reported, on September 26, the European Parliament’s Committee on civil liberties supported the granting Ukraine visa-free regime. In turn, Petro Poroshenko repeatedly stressed that the Ukrainians will get visa-free regime until November 24.
Earlier, on 28 October, the President of the European Council Donald Tusk in a telephone conversation with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko noted that before granting Ukraine visa-free regime, the EU should complete the internal procedures. Note that further progress on visa-free regime for Ukraine will not be approved until a new mechanism for suspension of visa-free regimes.
