The lawyer of the fugitive claims that the judicial institution must arrange a videoconference.
Svyatoshinsky district court of Kyiv received a message from the Rostov regional court of the Russian Federation concerning the possibility of questioning via videoconference ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
The interrogation could take place on November 25. Yanukovych needs to appear as a witness in the case against five former employees of special division “Berkut” in the murder of activists of Maidan, reports “Interfax-Ukraine” with reference to the lawyer of fugitive Vitaly Serdyuk.

“Sviatoshynskyi court got the message about the loss of action, and now it Svyatoshinsky court to properly arrange a videoconference,” said the lawyer.
Earlier, the lawyer Yanukovych released a petition in which eks-the President of Ukraine demands a confrontation in a videoconference with President Petro Poroshenko, ex-Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy and also with the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko.
In response, the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko promised to organize Yanukovych’s confrontation, but only if he will come to Kiev.
