SSES conducted the relevant checks from 11 to 21 October.

Non-faction MP Yuriy Levchenko said that the construction of the project “Heroes of Dnepr” occurs with the violation of technological safety.

It in response to the request reported in the State service for emergency situations, the photocopy of which he posted on his page in Facebook.

“During the inspection revealed violations of legislation requirements in the sphere of civil protection, fire and technogenic safety when carrying out construction works”, – said the MP in gschs.

By results of check the statement was drawn up the Protocol on administrative offense.

In addition, the DSNs sent information on violations of the Kyiv city state administration and the State architectural and construction inspection for action.
