The national Bank allowed to self-destruct Fineksbank

In liquidation the Bank repays all its obligations to customers.
The national Bank of Ukraine has agreed to eliminate Fineksbank on the initiative of its owners and revocation of licenses of the Bank.
This is stated in the message NBU from November 18.
The decision about liquidation Fineksbank adopted at the General meeting of shareholders of the Bank on September 22. The reason for this decision was the difficult situation in the market of financial and banking services and uncertainty about possible directions and sources of further capitalization of the Bank.
The NBU noted that in liquidation the Bank repays all its obligations to customers. In this case there is no load on the Fund of guaranteeing the deposits of individuals.
On November 17 Fineksbank had sufficient liquidity to make payments to customers. The volume of highly liquid assets amounted to UAH 21 mln. The total amount of liabilities of PJSC “Finexbank” – 6,5 million UAH, of them to legal persons – 3,5 million UAH, individuals – UAH 0.9 million. Thus, the Bank has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations to creditors and depositors in full without any external borrowings.
