The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin wrote on his page in Twitter.

The foreign Minister also noted that without closing the border, including through the monitoring of the situation of SMM OSCE, permanent armed provocations against the Ukrainian armed forces will continue.
Recall that “Norman” meeting at the level of foreign Ministers held today, November 29 in Minsk. There gathered the foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia. The Ukrainian delegation in Minsk will put as a priority the issues of security and humanitarian.
