US intelligence agencies have developed a manual to counter the hidden influence of Russia

Russian diplomats can restrict the movement in the States.

In the United States plan to create a special Committee which will deal with opposition from the “latent influence of the Russian Federation to people and government.” This is evidenced by the new bill, which was voted 390 deputies of representatives of the Congress of the United States. It is reported by DW with reference to the text of the bill.

According to information, the new bill, which identifies threats to the national security of the United States, aimed at regulating the activities of American intelligence services against political interference from the Kremlin all over the world.

This bill proposes to create an inter-Ministerial Committee, which will deal with the containment attempts of the Russian Federation in respect of “rendering hidden influence on people and government.” It is about exposing disinformation, agents of influence, corruption, and information about human rights violations, terrorism and murders committed by Russian security services or the political elites of the Russian Federation.

Also proposed to ban civil servants to travel throughout the U.S. for a distance of over 25 miles (40 km) from their service. For travel by Russian diplomats must obtain a special permit from the government.

It is noted that the bill the Senate plans to take back in 2016.

We will remind, earlier the head of the British intelligence service MI5 Andrew Parker said that Russia for decades was a hidden threat to the world. According to Parker, now special services of the Russian Federation abroad are engaged in espionage, propaganda and sabotage. In turn, in contrast to the Western world, the President of the Russian Federation declared the beginning of cooperation between the intelligence services of Russia and Turkey.

Operation military counterintelligence lasted from 2014. Open 30 criminal proceedings involving Ukrainian soldiers and officers of Russian security services. According to the SBU, Russian special services used threats, intimidation and physical attacks on relatives of military personnel. Most of the Ukrainian military, which had tried to recruit, remained faithful to the oath.
