The problem is not the organization of the meeting and its content.
A new meeting of foreign Ministers in “Norman format” (Ukraine, Germany, France, Russia) is not planned.
This was stated by the foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“While there is no agreement about a new meeting of foreign Ministers”, – said Klimkin. According to him, the problem is not in the organization and to its articles, since the previous meeting in Minsk, no result is given.

We will remind that earlier the talks in Minsk the foreign Ministers of the Normandy format on the settlement of the situation in Donbass yielded no concrete results.
This was stated by foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The meeting participants came to a political agreement that would provide, in particular, the local elections in the occupied territories. But, he added, there is still hope of progress in the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
