Businessman Yaroslavsky initiated creation of international consortium for the purchase of AES

Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy’s DCH group proposes to create an international consortium for the purchase of JSC “Odessa port plant” (OPP).
About it reported in a press-service of the group.
“Despite the fact that competition for the sale of shares of the IPF, is scheduled for December 14 was not held, the DCH group confirms its interest in acquiring the asset. Optimal legal form for this, we believe that international consortium. Currently we are in the process of negotiations with other interested businesses, including large international banks,” – said the press service.
As reported, the DCH group in the company Glenshee Holdings Limited had originally planned to take part in the competition for the sale of shares of the IPF, scheduled for 14 December 2016. But later abandoned these plans, stating the risks related to increasing accounts payable of the SCR and a trial before the AMC.
