According to Sytnyk, this is the first case when an MP admits to involvement in vote-buying.
National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine has opened a criminal case on vote-buying in Parliament, stated MP from the fugitive Alexander Onishchenko.
These statements relate to the bribery of voters during the vote regarding the resignation of the heads of the GPU and the SBU, as well as regarding the appointment of a new attorney General, said in an interview DT.UA Director of the NABU Sytnyk.
“Today we have registered a criminal case on the statement of MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko on the facts of bribery of deputies. Of course, part of what he said has not, in my opinion, criminal background, but there are certain statements that were specific bribery for a specific vote. This is evidenced by the person who took part in it. During my work in NABOO, these statements have not been,” he said.

Sytnik said that for the first time about the bribery of voters said the MP, who took part in it. According to the Director HIMSELF, it is actually a confession.
“We decided that if there is a nuance that is not just a statement of one political party against another political party and is a statement of the particular person confirms its participation in the processes of bribery and transfer of funds to the MPs, we will register this production”, – said Sytnik.
According to him, Onishchenko will offer to transfer the result audio and video, which he says he has, and give more concrete evidence.
