Violators face fines and confiscation of property.
The Prosecutor General’s office found administrative violations in e-declarations, 53 people’s deputies.
This was stated by the head of the organization of activities in the sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption of the GPU Valentina Senik, reports Ukrainian Pravda.
“In NACP sent 53 material for action, according to the law on prevention of corruption”, – she said.
“Of these, in relation to the late submission of the Declaration – one information, incomplete display of data – 28 data, the violation of restrictions on combining the combination of other paid activities – 11. Regarding the restrictions with respect to violations of receiving gifts – 2”, – said the representative of the GPU.
However, she didn’t name the MPs because of the presumption of innocence.
The GPU was informed that violators face a fine ranging from 850 to 1700 UAH and confiscation of property.

Recall, the NAB has initiated proceedings against the two MPs and judges because of their e-returns. November 17, the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine opened three criminal proceedings on the facts of illicit enrichment (part 2 and part 3 of article 368-2 of the criminal code) based on the analysis of information contained in e-declarations. Two proceedings were opened against deputies, one against the representative of the judicial branch.
“These three criminal proceedings on the facts of illicit enrichment are open according to the results of consideration of appeals of people’s deputies and relevant information analytical inspections conducted with the involvement of Management analysts and information processing NABOO”, – stated in the message.
