The Kyiv court of appeals extended the arrest of the assistant people’s Deputy of Ukraine Aleksandr Onishchenko, the lawyer Alexander Sergienko until 15 December and set the bail at five million.
About it reports Interfax with reference to the press service of the court.
It is noted that on 8 December the Board of judges adopted a new definition that granted the petition of the Prosecutor General – head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor on extension of term of a measure of restraint.
“To extend the suspect Sergienko A. P. detention until 15 December 2016 with the definition of collateral in the amount of UAH 5 million in the national currency”, – is told in the court decision.
The assistant Deputy Onishchenko, Sergienko is one of the defendants in corruption gas schemes of this MP.
