During interrogation, the former President said that he lives in the Rostov region.
House in Khostinsky district of Sochi may be the house in which he lives a fugitive ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
This is stated in the plot of the TV channel “Rain”.
That this house can be a haven of Yanukovych, have long said journalists and local residents. The fact that the mansion is carefully guarded, only reinforce these suspicions.
Note that during the recent interrogation Yanukovych asked by the judge about the place of residence said: “Rostov oblast”. A more specific address, he declined to name, citing the threat to its security.

However, later the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine published the address of the house of Yanukovych in Rostov-on-don. According to Google.Maps, home the former President is in a gated community. Near the town is Rostov law Institute of MIA, on the other hand, the private sector and old warehouses.
According to journalists channel 24, the price of a house in this district is about 70 million rubles (more than $ 1 million). Lawyer Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk says that his client only rent the said house.
We will remind, on November 28 Yuriy Lutsenko to Svyatoshynsky district court of Kyiv announced that Viktor Yanukovych declared suspect in treason – the content of the suspicion is declared orally, namely, the notice was sent to all known addresses of the former President. On the same day after reading this suspicions the Military Prosecutor presented his lawyer Igor Fedorenko present in court.
On 9 December, the lawyer of ex-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk returned to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine a message of suspicion. He said that it was declared in violation of international and Ukrainian legislation.
