In Moscow court has started appropriate legal process.
In Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow began the process of recognition of events in Ukraine 2014 coup.
A lawsuit was filed by a former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from Party of regions Vladimir Oliynyk. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

The decision of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on refusal to initiate the corresponding criminal case Oliynyk called “evidence of usurpation of power.” Therefore, it was moved to the Russian court.
As interested parties in the lawsuit stated the foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the head of the constitutional Council of France Laurent Fabius, former foreign Minister of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski, the President of the fugitive Viktor Yanukovych and current Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
We will remind, the head of GPU, Yury Lutsenko announced the impending trial of Yanukovych. Early next year will begin the trial of the deprivation of the title of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on charges of treason.
