The Kyiv city administration reported the period of traffic restrictions.
In the capital on new year holidays will limit movement of transport. In particular, fully block Vladimirskaya street.

The movement of all modes of transport will be banned along the Vladimir passage (from St. Sophia square to St. Michael) and on the street (in the area of St. Maksym rylskyi from the Vladimirsky passage):
- 19 Dec 2016 16:00 to 20:00;
- 31 December 2016 from 20:00 until 02:00 on 1 January 2017;
- 1 January 2017 from 14:00 to 20:00;
- January 7, 2017 from 11:00 to 14:00.
