The transfer of inventory will be carried out free of charge.
The Cabinet decided donation to state agencies in possession of confiscated military equipment and weapons.
This is stated in the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on “Government portal”.
“The decision due to the fact that due to the difficult economic situation in a country that is weary of military aggression and carrying out anti-terrorist operation, government bodies, institutions (organizations) financed from the budgetary funds, required additional support required for their maintenance and operation,” the statement reads.
The transfer of inventory will be carried out free of charge. We are talking about computers, office equipment, supplies, furniture, equipment, vehicles, building materials, seized at the customs, according to court decisions, other legal grounds. A special provision of the decree regulates the disposal of military weapons and ammunition, military equipment and military goods and dual-use.

Recall that the Cabinet authorized the NEB to determine the order of acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation and use of firearms and ammunition.
