Gontareva said the timing of stabilization in “PrivatBank”

The Cabinet nationalized financial institution late in the evening of 18 December.
To stabilize the situation in the nationalized 18 “PrivatBank” will need at least a year. However, the time can be extended up to three years.
About this on air of the program “Events” on the channel “Ukraine” said the head of national Bank Valeria Gontareva.
“I think, “PrivatBank” will have a cost, and it can be sold. According to my calculations, it will take at least a year, but not more than three years”, – said Gontareva.
The composition of the Supervisory Board of “PrivatBank” will include foreign managers.
“The Bank as the business has ceased to exist. We sent him for elimination, and guaranteed all its deposits. Now the capital of the Bank is formed of state securities, there will come a new strong management team and Supervisory Board with foreign experts to help with the transformation of the Bank” – Gontareva predicted.
We will remind, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law, which guarantees depositors “PrivatBank” 100% refund of the Deposit, as in “Oshchadbank” and does not limit UAH 200 thousand, as in other banks.
