Klimkin does not exclude the introduction of martial law in Ukraine
The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin does not exclude the introduction of martial law in Ukraine in case of deterioration in security.
He declared it on air of ICTV TV channel.
However, in his opinion, individual countries could be at war and not to impose martial law. Klimkin said that Russian aggression is far more than war.
“A state of war, martial law, Russian aggression are two different concepts. Russian aggression is already an issue much more than a war, because the Russian aggression carried out not only by military means, but by definition, by all means: military and hybrid,” said the Minister.
