The Prosecutor’s office of Kiev opened criminal proceedings upon hooligan actions of the people’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko at the Embassy of Germany in Ukraine.
This was announced by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in Facebook.

“Upon hooligan action near the Embassy of Germany Kyiv Prosecutor’s office initiated criminal proceedings on the legal qualification of part 1 of article 296 UK of Ukraine (hooliganism)”, – wrote Lutsenko.
