Dollar falls below RS 27 in exchange rates from the national Bank on February 16
The national Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rates on Thursday, February 16.
The us dollar will drop by 24 kopecks and it will cost 26,99 UAH.
The Euro will fall to 43 pennies and will cost 28,49 UAH.
