The OSCE is convinced that “the passports of DNR” undermine peace efforts in Ukraine
The decision of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to recognize some documents issued by the institutions of the separatists in the occupied part of the Donbass, will damage the ability to strengthen the truce.
This was stated by the Secretary-General of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe Lamberto Zannier, writes “Radio Freedom”.
According to him. this move was a step back from “too distant” goal to stop the war in the Donbass.
The Zannier added that this step will complicate the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

President Petro Poroshenko, the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov, Minister of foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin and foreign Minister of Ukraine strongly condemned the actions of Russia regarding recognition of “documents” of the militants. Kiev sees this as an escalation of the conflict in the Donbass, the continuation of Russian aggression and violations of international law.
