In a joint statement, the leaders of the “DNR” and “LNR” Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky says that “Kiev is using radicals, organized and continues to blockade of railway tracks, threatening to blockade the roads connecting the Republic of Donbass with Ukraine.”
