NBU has provided “Oschadbank” a special status that no other financial institutions
The national Bank of Ukraine provided the state “Oschadbank” status of the authorized Bank. This is a financial institution, the only one among other banks, can now be brought to the storage cache controller and to provide banks in the region in cash and take from them the excess.
The NBU decision is explained by the fact that I want to delegate some of its functions in the regions, other market participants – banks, in the framework of the implementation of the concept of the organization of cash circulation in Ukraine .
