Russian investigators have accused the Ukrainian military in the shelling of the Donetsk filtering station
Russia’s investigative Committee has opened three new criminal cases against the Ukrainian military, who were accused of allegedly shelling cities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
About it reported in a press-service SK of Russia.
“On 14 and 24 January 2017 Ukrainian military personnel were fired upon with artillery guns of caliber not less than 122 mm city of Stakhanov and Kirovsk of the Luhansk region. Killing 2 civilians. Serious damage caused to the building of the Kirov Central city hospital, which is actually the only medical facility that serves the city of Kirovsk and nearby towns, home to thousands of residents” – according to Russian investigators.

Also according to them, from 16 to 26 February, soldiers of the armed forces and the national guard, fulfilling the criminal orders of the high command, allegedly carried out the shelling of heavy weapons and civilian infrastructure in the cities of Yasinovataya, Odessa, and Novoazovsk district, Donetsk region, wounding three civilians.
In addition, RF IC accused the military of destruction and damage to over 20 houses and Donetsk filtration plant, which provides drinking water to thousands of Ukrainians.
“According to the facts criminal cases on signs of the crime under part 1 of article 356 of the criminal code (use of prohibited means and methods of warfare). Consequence taken all the necessary measures to establish the persons involved in each particular fact of artillery shelling and capturing the evidence of massive violations of the rights and freedoms of man on the territory of the South-East of Ukraine”, – added in Department.
We will remind, earlier Russian investigators released the names and pictures of fighters of VSU who allegedly fired artillery occupied cities of Donbass. Against them were opened criminal cases.
