The Cabinet Nasirova was suspended from work pending investigation
The head of the State fiscal service of Ukraine, which are subject to the customs and tax authorities, Roman Nasirov during the investigation suspended from duty.
The decision was taken today, March 3, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, transfers “Economic truth”.
With the proposal of suspension made by the Minister of Finance Oleksandr danyluk, who has previously demanded a check for any money Nasirov flew to the US to the inauguration of President Donald trump, and complained that the Chairman of the SFS has not received permission to leave Ukraine, as required by law.
“I believe that we should dismiss the Roman Nasirov from the duties of the head of the SFS during the investigation of the case. It is primarily in the interests of the Nasirova that the investigation took place as objectively as possible. Offer at the time of the investigation, to assign the duties of the Chairman of GFS Miroslav Prodan,” – said danyluk.
We will remind, yesterday, on March 2, the evening Nasirova was arrested at the hospital “Feofania” in Kiev in the so-called “business Onishchenko”.
NABU raided several locations, including in the Central office of the State fiscal service in the investigation of criminal proceedings relating to misconduct, according to the investigation, decisions Nasirova on the installment plan of tax debts of enterprises of the orbit of the former people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko.
Onishchenko is suspected of organizing a scheme for the theft of funds in the extraction and sale of natural gas in the framework of joint operation agreements with PJSC “Ukrgasdobycha”, which was caused to the state damage for the sum about 3 billion UAH.
It is reported that in Nasirov supposedly had a heart attack, and on Thursday he was operated on.
