Soviet Kiev looks clean and decent: the greens, the road without traffic jams, the streets are no ads. Since gaining independence in Kiev disappeared lines in grocery stores and there was flea markets. There were cars, a kiosk and currency exchange, first bus. The nineties were a time of change.
