A dry pipe. Russia has suspended deliveries of diesel fuel in Ukraine
In the last month, Russian diesel fuel is not supplied through the pipeline in Ukraine. The reason – the Federal service for technical and export control (FSTEC) does not hold the necessary documents.

“In the Russian Federation, there are no intergovernmental agreement on oil supplies to Hungary and Ukraine. Delivery of diesel fuel to these areas are carried out by business entities, based on economic feasibility. Accordingly, to speak about the termination of deliveries of Russian Federation invalid”, – said the press service of the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation.
Russian “Transneft” has suspended delivery of 8 February due to the re-signing of contracts to export oil products, said the energy Ministry.
The petroleum products intended for export to Ukraine, now redistributed to other areas, particularly in Primorsk and Novorossiysk.
“In the month of February this year there were bids from oil companies for export of diesel fuel to Ukraine. This month feature export shipments have not yet been” – said the adviser to the President of Transneft press Secretary Igor Demin.
Meanwhile, another Russian company “Rosneft” continues to supply oil products to Ukraine and Hungary.
“The contract provides the ability to change volumes depending on the request of the counterparty and of its performance for “Rosneft”, – said the company.
Recall that in early September of 2016, Russia has stopped deliveries of diesel fuel through the pipe in the Ukraine, because “Transneft” received an order to Central energy customs with notice of cancellation of the FSTEC of Russia reports issued by the Russian participants of foreign economic activity on supply of oil products. In the middle of the month after receiving a monopoly duly executed customs Declaration with CEM for transportation of diesel fuel in the direction of Ukraine’s deliveries were resumed. In September the planned volume of supplies to Ukraine were to reach 156 thousand tons.
