In Lviv one and a half times increased tariffs for the rent
From April 1 in Lviv on 40-50%, i.e. in half to increase rates for rent – individually for each of a multistory building.
The corresponding decision today, on March 10, adopted by the Executive Committee of the Lviv city Council.
“Wage growth (d two times from January 1 to 3, 2 thousand UAH) caused the adjustment rate for rent,” – said the acting head of city housing authorities Sergey Fat.
The tariff for services on maintenance of houses and adjoining areas were determined individually for each house, said the press service of the Lviv city Council. For example, one-bedroom apartment on Saksaganskogo street paid 0,99 UAH will now pay of 1.51 UAH per square meter. Two bedroom apartment on the street Mendeleev was paying 1.12 UAH, will pay of 1.71 UAH per sq. m. In Sihovsky district apartment in building Polubotko paid UAH 1.60, now will pay to 2.30 UAH per sq. m.
I should add that the cost of garbage collection in Lviv in the rate of rent is not included.
Note that the new rates will introduce only those homes that serve utilities. For condominiums that the action does not apply – the owners of the houses themselves will decide whether to raise rates.
