At least within a year all the unemployed in Belarus can sleep peacefully. The head of the country Alexander Lukashenko has postponed the introduction of a levy on non-working population to the following year. About it reports “BelTA”.

However, according to him, the presidential decree imposing additional fees will not be canceled.
It is noted that the Belarusian head in April 2015 signed a decree “On prevention of social dependency.” According to the document, all citizens of Belarus, foreigners and persons without citizenship who do not pay taxes, are required to pay an annual fee which is about $ 200.
