Lawyer: “Nasirov only Ukrainian citizenship and to pay a Deposit, he does not plan”

Documents about the alleged triple citizenship of the Roman Nasirov are fake, and the payment of the Deposit by the defense is not considered. On 8 February in the air “Эcпрессо.TV” the lawyer told the ousted Chairman of DFS of the Roman Nasirov Alexander Lysak.
“Nasirov during a court session made a statement that he is a citizen of Ukraine. A citizen of Hungary and the UK it is not,” said lisak.
According to the lawyer, on the Internet long enough “walks” photocopy of passport “citizen of Hungary” Nasirov, whose signature does not match with the signature of the suspended head of the DFS. In his opinion, these “documents” that the prosecution uses as evidence a triple citizenship Nasirov, “get out of the Internet, was placed by anyone not certified by”.
Also Lysak noted that the defense sees no need for bail for Nasirova, as it could mean that she agreed with the notice of suspicion.
“The appellate court will consider the case. Then why make an appeal if bail,” said lisak.
The appeal on remand should be scheduled within three days. Since lawyers Nasirov filed it on Tuesday, March 7, the first meeting on consideration of appeals on remand Nasirov may occur on Friday, March 10.
