Today in 19 areas of the electoral process began to local authorities
On 11 March, Ukraine will start the election process in 47 of the United territorial communities of the 19 regions. Themselves elections are scheduled for April 30. This was stated by Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko on his page in Facebook.

“I’m sure the community will choose the real leaders. Decentralization gives communities new opportunities to their inhabitants a new quality of life. Note, 24 January the Central election Commission appointed on 30 April 2017 first local elections in 40 of the United territorial communities.

We will remind, the Ambassador of Sweden Martin Hagstr, Ukraine is making significant progress in the decentralization process. Now there are 366 communities with their budgets. The Ambassador also expressed hope that in 2017, more communities will participate in the integration process.
