Poroshenko officially approved the termination of transport communication with ORDA
President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree “On decision of national security Council and defense of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 “On urgent additional measures for countering hybrid threats to national security of Ukraine” and enacted the decision NSDC.
