The Prosecutor General’s office shut down two criminal proceedings against Yatsenyuk
The Prosecutor General’s office shut down two criminal proceedings against former Prime Minister and leader of the “popular front” Arseniy Yatsenyuk. The people’s Deputy Dmytro Dobrodomov previously said that Yatsenyuk was supposedly a criminal case for a bribe of $ 6 million from the people’s Deputy of the VII convocation Igor Skosar. Another case concerned a bribe of 3 million dollars, which supposedly gave Yatsenyuk Vladimir Ishchuk, to occupy the position of head of “Concern RRT”. Both suspicions are confirmed.
In an interview with “UKRINFORM” said the first Deputy Prosecutor General Dmytro Storozhuk.
“Deputies reduce political scores due to empty accusations. So it was in the midst of the campaign against the former government and its leader. The Prosecutor General’s office was obliged to register these claims. Both cases are closed because the absence of a criminal offence. This was done with the Main investigation Department under the leadership of Yuri Stolyarchuka. All these inventions, which we have heard from various politicians, and who have not found their confirmation,” said Storozhuk.
Earlier in the party Yatsenyuk commented on the possibility of his appointment as head of the national Bank.
