The court of justice recognized Russian Federation a party of the Minsk process – the Ukrainian foreign Ministry
The international court of justice in the Hague recognized, among other things, Russia is a party to the Minsk process.
On Twitter informed the speaker of the Ministry of internal Affairs in Donetsk region.
She added that this decision is very important and mandatory.
To comment on the decisions of the ICJ -the Court, among other things, acknowledged the Russian side to the Minsk process. And this is an extremely important! The decision is required.

We will remind, on April 19 the international court of justice has agreed to introduce measures against Russia for the protection of national minorities in the Crimea at the suit of Ukraine.
In its decision, the court of justice ordered Russia to refrain from the restrictions of the Crimean Tatars for representation of their interests, including the resumption of the activities of the Parliament, and to enable the restoration of Ukrainian education.
In addition, the court imposed on both parties the obligation to avoid violations of the Convention on the prevention of all forms of racial discrimination.
