Poroshenko accused Russia of wanting to oust the OSCE mission from Donbass

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Russia is trying to expel the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE from Ukraine.

The leader of the country announced on 10 July during a briefing with the Secretary General of NATO Stoltenberg Jensen.

“We do not perceive Russia’s attempts to create conditions for the OSCE special monitoring mission to leave the territory of Ukraine. We do not tolerate,” – said Petro Poroshenko.

According to him, the work of OSCE observers in the context of providing objective and truthful information about the situation is very important. In addition, the President noted that such work should be carried out 24 hours a day.

We will remind, on 7 July, the parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE urged Russia to withdraw the”Russian-troops” from the Donbass. In addition, the Assembly called on Russia to halt its military action in Ukraine, a full withdrawal of heavy weapons by both parties and provision of full access of Special monitoring mission of the OSCE and humanitarian aid.
