The court ordered the government in Kiev to lift the ban on night sale of alcohol
The Supreme economic court of Ukraine ordered the Kyiv city Council confirmed the need to lift the ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages in the evening.

As previously reported, the decision to ban the sale of alcohol and soft drinks spread on the sale of alcohol in establishments of retail trade in the night – from 23.00 to 10.00 – and not attached to restaurants and entertainment.
The mayor of Kiev on issues of improvement Dmitry Belotserkovets said that the city Council would not lift the ban on the sale of alcohol at night, despite the recognition of unlawful decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee.
