President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree “On the development of the digital economy”, which includes permission for wider use of blockchain technology, which is used in the cryptocurrency.
This is stated in the press service of the President of Belarus.
“Of course, life changing. We are even in the early years could not speak about any sort of mining, the blockchain, and about this new cryptocurrency. And today it becomes a reality. Therefore, life and, of course, the regulatory framework will change,” – said Lukashenko.
