“Fun for the perverts”: in the center of Kiev offer attraction with painted doves

In the center of Kiev on the Sofia area there was a new game: offer to take pictures with painted in different colors pigeons.

This was reported on the page in Facebook the animal UAnimals.

“In the Sofia square in Kiev there was another entertainment for perverts. All those who wish to take a picture with the painted pigeons”, – stated in the message.

In the animal protection organizations claim that the reference is to the legislative framework, namely the Law “On the protection of animals from cruel treatment”, which provides for a fine or imprisonment up to 8 years for mistreatment of animals.

We will remind, in October, the Verkhovna Rada registered the bill 7220 on which and Pets, and stray animals must be registered. Animals with passports registration is not necessary.
