The court allowed Akhmetov to spend no more than 20 thousand euros per month for accommodation and litigation
The Nicosia district court in Cyprus has banned the businessman Rinat Akhmetov to use more than 20 thousand Euro for accommodation and legal costs.
This is stated in the court order, reports the Censor.NO.
The court is not prohibited “if it is a physical person, to use or dispose of additional cash amount of up to 20 000 euros per month to cover the costs of his residence or, if he is a company to use and/or to provide additional funds in the amount of up to 20 000 euros to cover its expenses, provided that such use is necessary in the course of realization of the company’s ongoing activities”.

Also in the court decision it is noted that Akhmetov is forbidden to use his assets in any activities, in particular he cannot sell, give, destroy, dispose of, and the like.
We will remind, the Nicosia district court on December 27, decided to freeze the assets of businessman Rinat Akhmetov in the amount of 820 million dollars in the case of “Ukrtelecom”.
