Journalist with microphone unmarked asked Russian President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the question: “Why have you adopted the law about the war?”.

We will remind, on January 18, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the law about de-occupation of Donbass – “On peculiarities of state policy on ensuring state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions” (No. 7163).
