“Illegal and unfair”: Nasirov commented on the Cabinet decision on his dismissal

Suspended Chairman of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov learned about his dismissal from the media and considers it illegal.

About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.

“I think the Cabinet decision on my dismissal unlawful and unfair. As well as my suspension last year,” he said.

According to Nasirov, he learned of the consideration of this question from the media.

“And even more surprising, how and on what basis this decision of the CMU. I have presented and especially – do not have an explanation. I would love to participated in a government meeting, telling colleagues that made me in this position,” said the former head of the GFS.

Separately, he noted that in the first place will prove her innocence on trumped-up charges.

“And then we’ll prove the illegality and invalidity of the dismissal,” said Nasirov.

Recall, January 31 The Cabinet decided to dismiss the head of the State fiscal service. Earlier, Finance Minister Alexander danyluk has announced that it has submitted to the Cabinet the appropriate view.

Nasirov is suspected of abuse of office and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of over UAH 2 billion. The consequence considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of the Deputy Onishchenko, the “gas business” were arbitrarily granted a number of enterprises the possibility of tax liabilities in installments.
