This was announced on his page in Facebook the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a visit to one of the military sites, where he checked the readiness of the AFU to the combat use of American weapons.

“Today, for the first time took place in Ukraine launches missile systems Javelin. Thanks to them the combat capabilities of the AFU has increased significantly”, – he stressed.

According to Poroshenko, it is a very effective defensive weapon that will apply in the case of Russia at positions of Ukrainian troops.
