Fighters OOS are entitled to the same benefits as military ATO.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the draft law on amendments to the law of Ukraine “On peculiarities of state policy on ensuring state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.”

For a decision voted 236 deputies of Ukraine.

Note the idea is to provide the participants of the Operation the combined forces of the Donbas and the right to use state guarantees provided to the participants of the Antiterrorist operation.

Thus, changes were made to the law “On humanitarian assistance”, which provides for the exemption from taxation of goods, transportation of funds for the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, the resistance and the containment of armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donbas.

In addition, changes have affected 17 of the laws of Ukraine “On pensions of persons discharged from military service and certain other persons”, “On medicines”, “On status of veterans of military service , veterans of internal Affairs agencies, veterans of the National police and some other persons and their social protection”,”On General secondary education”, “On compulsory state social insurance against unemployment”, “On state social assistance to needy families”, “On compulsory state pension insurance”, “On ensuring organizational and legal conditions for social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care”, “On rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in Ukraine”, “About improvement and rest of children”, “On volunteer activities”, “On employment of population”, “On lustration”, “On corruption prevention”, “National police”, “On foreign broadcasting system of Ukraine”, “On enforcement proceedings”, as well as the resolution of the VR “On providing proper medical care for military men and persons of ordinary and commanding structure, suffered injury, concussion or other damage to the health of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine.”

We will remind, earlier the Cabinet of Ministers has allocated almost 300 million UAH for the purchase of 327 apartments to the families of the dead soldiers ATO.
