The OSCE confirmed that the militants of the armed forces of the Russian Federation continue secretly to concentrate military equipmentand weapons to temporarily uncontrolled territories of Ukraine, ignoring the Minsk agreements.

In particular, according to the monitoring mission in the area of human settlements Free of the Donetsk region and Luhansk region Crystal observers confirmed the location of 12 units MLRS “Grad” in violation of the withdrawal lines, as well as 5 T-64 tanks in the area of Kruglik Lugansk region.
