According to the Minister, it is necessary to amend the laws on “collaboration” and “Amnesty”.
To attract two-thousand peacekeepers that will monitor the border and take part in some police missions, offers the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov. He presented to the ambassadors of G7 strategy of de-occupation of Donbass “the Mechanism of small steps”.
“This mechanism of Ukraine in the first place demonstrates the quality of life and respect for the person already liberated territories. It is a mechanism of counter-propaganda, which should also work, it is a struggle for the minds of those people whom the Russian propaganda zadurit. The implementation of such a plan is possible only with the support of international partners and the willingness of the Ukraine, and Russia-the aggressor must accept these rules”, – said Avakov.

According to him, after the de-occupation of Donbass will need to amend the laws of Ukraine, in which to talk about “collaboration” and “Amnesty”. These rules do not affect those who were killing Ukrainian military and civilians.
“We must not forget that after the return of the Donbass in the territories will be many agents of the “Russian world” and collaborators. They will do everything to destabilize the situation. So we have to be ready,” said the Minister.

We will remind, the interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that the plan for de-occupation of Donbass will cover two parts: preparatory and practical. Avakov stressed that the main purpose of the plan is the liberation of the temporarily occupied territories, the restoration of the constitutional order of Ukraine, rights and freedoms of citizens.
