The decision about change of the owner took the Pechersky court of Kiev.
Now the former residence “Mezhyhiria” ex-President-the fugitive Victor Yanukovych belongs to the state. The Pechersky district court of Kiev has passed into the control of the National Agency for the identification, investigation and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes (ARMA).
The decision was taken on may 29, and published on 5 July.
In particular, ARMA has been running the “Center of rest and health”, located on the street of Ivan Franko, 19, “Vyshgorodsky array” in the village Petrivtsi Vyshgorodskiy district, adjacent residential house on the street of Ivan Franko, 18, house # 123-A, located on the street of Mezhigorskaya in Novi Petrivtsi, 100% of the share capital of LLC “Tantalite” (capital 146 million 629 thousand 340 UAH); a house with an area of 619,6 sq. m; land plot of recreational purpose, located on the territory of the City of village Council, with the borders of the village, 1,7688 area ha flat area of 239,40 sqm, two garages.
Recall the property of the residence “Mezhyhiria” was arrested three years ago, in July 2015. Land the court referred to the state in 2017 – then the court invalidated the agreement according to which the residence of 2007 was taken out of the state.
Videoton showed that left in Mezhyhirya after Yanukovych’s escape
In Mezhyhiria dancing ostriches, which without the support of Yanukovych has doubled. Build a monastery, which was there a thousand years ago. And in many areas globally, cracking the walls and ceilings. Today is exactly four years since people first came to mezhigorie. What a treasure Yanukovych was in the early days, and remained, see story.
