Russian soldier, who during the trial admitted that he fought on the territory “adjacent countries”, was sentenced to three years imprisonment with probation of two years.
This verdict established the Naro-Fominskiy garrison military court, reports “New newspaper”.
The man was found guilty in the death of an employee the military service of Ilya Gorbunov. The conscripts did not have access to military equipment, however, in February 2017, he was ordered to overtake the tank with the broken brakes. During the passage over the bridge with ice tank fell into the water, and Gorbunov was lost.
