According to the center, 25 cases of acute intestinal infection associated with the consumption of meat purchased in the MAF near the cafe “River port” at the Postal square.

Another 23 cases of infectious diseases occurred due to eating meat purchased in the IRF (trailer “Kupava”) at metro station “Darnitsa” and 1 case at the metro station “Forest”.

“11 cases of acute intestinal infection associated with the use of 30.07.2018 Shawarma acquired in the MAF near the supermarket VARUS (Obolonskiy Prospekt, 20A),” added in the center.

As noted, experts have already gone on the specified points of sale of Shawarma, now all the Kiosks are closed.

At present, the Main control Gospodarevskaya sent letters to the addresses of regional offices of national police in Kyiv to take appropriate response measures, as a result of illegal acts that contain signs of a crime under article 325 (violation of sanitary rules and regulations concerning the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisonings) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

We will remind, in Kiev, people massively poisoned Shawarma. Victims have complained that bought fast food at Brovarsky Avenue. First, the victims of poisoning was 16, and later their number has doubled.
