German Ambassador summoned to the foreign Ministry of Ukraine after the “incorrect” statements
The Ministry of foreign Affairs summoned the Ambassador of Germany in Ukraine, Ernst Reichel to explain himself after his statements in an interview with Ukrainian online.
Information about this decision was confirmed by the press service of the foreign Ministry, reports “European true”.
“The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany invited the foreign Ministry to get an explanation regarding his statements published in an interview with RBC-Ukraine”, — said the head of the press service of the Ministry Elena Vashchenko.

However, Vashchenko did not specify which one of the statements of the Ambassador will be the subject of his communication with the leadership of the Ministry of foreign Affairs.
At the same time, a source in the diplomatic service, told reporters that we are talking about a number of issues to the German diplomat.
“There are a number of incorrect statements”, — said the representative of the foreign Ministry.
In addition, the Ministry expressed bewilderment about the fact that statements which are at odds with the public position of Berlin, sounds of Ernst Reichel for the first time.
We will remind, earlier the Ambassador of Germany in Ukraine Ernst reichl in an interview with one of the editions said that the elections in the Donbass can be done even under the supervision of the Russian military. As an example, the diplomat recalled how last parliamentary elections in the GDR.
“Occurred in the presence of the Western group of Soviet troops and for the then Communist regime in the GDR. But the election led to his change,” he said.
